living room and additional sitting room with a piano. The large eat
in kitchen has a glass-top range with self-cleaning oven,
refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.                                                          The three bedrooms have a King size bed, a Full bed and two Twin beds. The house, on a corner lot, has a very private fenced yard, with a large wooden deck and BBQ for outside enjoyment and entertaining.
It's just a short walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and to the wonderful restaurants and pubs and quaint and elegant shops.
Enjoy, with the beaches locals, their favorite restaurants and shops, including Ragtime Tavern, Sliders, Al's Pizza, Culhanes Irish Pub, Outback, Bonefish, Carrabba's, Roy's and much more.   
Convenient to Mayo Clinic, UF at Shands Hospital, Mayport Naval Base

Spring and Summer Season $2500 per month. including utilities , cable TV.  Cleaning fee $100 min.  High Spped Internet available.
Pets:  Inquire.  Pet fee $100 minimum.  $500 security deposit to hold the reservation, refundable if no damage incurred, and after full rental period, with 30 day notice of vacancy.
