Three bedroom,two and one half bath brand new Sunlit Direct Ocean Front Condo
 is located at the south end of condo row-very quiet,low traffic pattern.
This Ocean gem is nearly 2800sq'with wrap around balcony and Gorgeous 
Panoramic views
 of the Atlantic Ocean and intracoastal waterway.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, chest and two nightstands 
with a 32"
 LCD flat panel TV.  The master bath has granite counter tops, European cabinets, 
walk-in
 shower, and a huge jetted tub for you to wind down after a sun-filled day at the 
beach.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed, dresser and mirror, nightstand and 27" 
TV.

The third bedroom has bunk beds, two chests, nightstand, and 20" TV/VCR 
combo.

The living/family room is beautifully furnished and includes 50" plasma TV with 
surround 
 sound stereosystem and DVD player.

The dining room consists of a 54" round glass top table with 4 chairs and buffet.

The breakfast nook consists of a rectangular glass top table with 4 chairs.  The 
floor to
 ceiling windows in this area allow you to enjoy the endless ocean views.

The full kitchen comes complete with gorgeous granite countertops, GE profile 
stainless 
 steel appliances, and three counter stools.

Vacation Rental Rates

Race month-Feburary 1-29 $2500-4000 per week 1 to 6 guests-will discount 
for entire month rental-call for rate.
Bike month-March 1-31 $2500-4000 per week 1 to 6 guests-will discount
for entire month rental-call for rate.
Summer rates April 1-Sept 31 $1800.00 per week 1 to 6 guests.
Winter rates Oct 1-Jan 31 $1500.00 per week 1 to 6 guests.
Monthly rate-summer $5000.00
Monthly rate-winter $4000.00
Will also consider long term renter at reduced rates.
Security deposit $500.00
Clean up fee $125
This is a non smoking condo-any trace of smoke will result in entire
deposit forfeited.
