    This luxury beach condo is directly in the heart of the best part of Ft Lauderdale beach in 
sight of Las Olas Blvd. One block from the beach itself, Marriott Beach Place with its many shops , 
clubs and restaurants, sidewalk cafe's, boat rentals and many local attractions. The Las Olas area 
is world renowned for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. This luxury beach condo is directly on 
the intracoastal and enjoys wide water views of multi million dollar estates and city lights of 
downtown Ft Lauderdale in the distance. Walk to the beach and see why people come from all over the 
world to this area. The Galleria Mall is one mile away with many restaurants and "The Blue 
Martini " a great night spot for locals and tourists to mingle. Many guests find they can provision 
the condo for the week, park the car and never have to drive all week to really relax and enjoy all 
that Ft Lauderdale Beach is famous for. This condo is designer decorated with comfortable 
furnishings , flat screen tv's in every room with gourmet kitchen and all the comforts of home . 
The St Regis hotel across the street has excellent restaurants but room rates as much as ten times 
that of this accomodation. small pets are ok with permission from the owners and a small pet 
deposit. You will find this condo to be a perfect place to relax but be able to walk to famous 
night and daytime bars and restaurants, shops and attractions. With a water taxi dock next door you 
can take tours of the local intracoastal or cruise as far as South Beach in Miami very 
economically. The longer you stay the lower the rates and who knows, maybe you will never leave 
after you discover the magic of Ft Lauderdale Beach area!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

    The Portofino on the Intracoastal bldg has the perfect location for vacationers who would like 
to not have to drive every time they want something.

    A well equipped exercise facility is on the ground floor with saunas and rest rooms

    The pool area is brand new and has a gazebo, gas grille , lounge chairs and a breezy, sunny 
exposure directly on the widest part of the intracoastal waterway which is the "venice of america"

 Easy access to the water taxi operated by experienced local captain/tour guides gives you access 
to many other area attractions and waterside bars and reataurants at very reasonable " all day 
rates".

   The building also has a billiard room and party/recreation room with a knowledgeable daytime 
manager to answer some of your questions about the areas attractions and restaurants.

Activities and Attractions

    Dinner cruise boats, deep sea fishing, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, windsurf rentals 
parasailing boats, everglades water tours. The Hard Rock hotel and Casino has full gambling and 
nightclub facilities twenty minutes away by car. Cruise ship docks at Port Eveglades are actually 
in sight from the west balcony of the condo and so a Cruise with a stay at this vacation rental 
make a great combo getaway! Marriott Beach Place is a hub of activity across the street yet when 
you return to the condo to rest you will not hear the nightlife while you enjoy the king beds and 
400 thread count sheets in either of the two bedrooms. Once you stay with us at Portofino unit 4C

Winter 2008/09    ( December 1st thru May 31st )   One week, $1500 per week 
                                                   two to four weeks $ 1250 per week
                                                   one to four months $ 4000 per month
