Vacation Rental Description

Secluded, if you want time alone or want to party in the city come 
and enjoy the private and romantic setting that this cabin has to 
offer, then only a 20 minute drive will have you in Nashville where 
you can enjoy all the nightlife this great city boasts. 
At the cabin you can walk through the woods hand in hand through 
the 7 acres of nature. The large rear deck offers scenery 
that will keep you coming back, the deer walk through the grounds 
and the birds feed on the many feeders. 
The master bedroom has a four poster king size bed 
that is sure to give you a good nights rest and a sitting room with 
a patio door leading out to the deck. Large family room with air 
hocky table. Dvd and Video for your quiet evenings by the stone 
fireplace or a stereo system for a night dancing on the decks. Relax 
and play one of the many board games or treat yourself to a tan (if 
you need one) on the cabins full size commercial tanning bed. All 
this at Ivy's Point.
15 minute drive to RIVERGATE Mall offers you all that you need for 
shopping and dining or a 20 minute drive and you can enjoy the Grand Ole 
Opry. Music city has so much to offer and you can have it all when you 
stay at secluded Ivy's Point cabin.

Vacation Rental Rates

$225 per night 
WEEKLY Rates $1500 up to 10 people. Additional guests are welcome at 
$20 per night per person.
Special occasion set up available with Champagne and Roses even a 
favorite song playing tell us how we can enhance your special time 
for a special someone. Make someone smile that you care about.
Prices upon request. 
Deposit of $350 due at time of reservation. Full payment due 30 days 
prior to arrival. Deposits can only be refunded for alternate dates 
if cancelled and not re booked, however we will do our best to fill 
your dates and return your deposit in full. 
In all cases you will be offered alternate dates that are available.
