three miles of unspoiled coastline, a full-service beach and tennis
club with pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball
court, fitness center, and gift shop. All of these amenities are
just steps away.

Accommodating 2-4 people, this villa is perfect for a couple or
small family. It features 1 bedroom with queen bed, queen sleeper
sofa in den, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath. Its full kitchen comes
with all the glassware, silverware, and pots and pans you need. A
washer and dryer are located just down the hallway. The screened in
porch is calling your name - the view is expanse and magnificent!

When your tummy growls, local restaurants will answer its call. Less
than a mile away, the famous, world-known Shrimp Shack is there to
please your seafood loving palette. Also nearby is Johnson's Creek
Tavern, which offers something for everyone, including live
entertainment many nights of the week.

Fall (September 8 through November 2, 2007)-$120 per night $695 per
week
Winter (November 3, 2007 through March 28, 2008) - $115 per night;
650 per week, $1500 per month
All rates exclude SC taxes (approximately 10%) and gate/amenity
pass. Departure cleaning is included in rentals of one week or
longer. Departure cleaning fee of $60 added to rentals of less than
one week. Off season minimum of two nights.
