Elk's Bay Beach Home in Flathead Lake

This lovely private home is in a protected bay with a dock w/slip and swimming area on a beach with a water trampoline, paddle boat, bon fire pit and Bar B Q. The house is situated ona ¾ Acre lot with 144 feet of frontage. The large Southerly decks attached to the house provide both dream views and exceptional relaxation time out whether the fire pit is on or not. The Bar B. Q. on the dining deck offers great feasting potential with the beauty of Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains in the background.

Flathead Lake is the largest natural fresh water lake west of the Mississippi with great fishing, restaraunts along the shore, golf courses to choose from, and quaint, friendly
small communities that will enhance your vacation.
The home has beautiful views from the Master bedroom, Living room, and dining area that allows for air conditioned enjoyment in summers and with a digital movie or a game
on dish TV. There is a secondary recreation area downstairs with a retro decorated kitchenette and a family room with fireplace.
This Home is blessed with the Montana magic of both summer and winter. Blacktail Mountain ski area is at the top of the mountain, above us, overlooking the lake and Big Mountain ski area just 40 minutes away. Blacktail Mountain also offers cross country skiing and snowmobiling for all who enjoy those sports.

Week End Specials available September to December 15th -call for details. All rates apply for 10 people or less. Extra people will be charged for. YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE. The deposit of 50% down is nonrefundable, and only in the event that we are able to get your week or weeks rerented, than you would get a full refund.

1 Week Minimum, Extra Nights by arrangement, $500 Damage deposit, $200 cleaning fee,
$250 Dog damage fee (no unattended dogs)
One Half of the total rental fee is required at booking; Remainder is due on arrival deposits of your rent are nonrefundable, and only in the event that we were to get your time rented,and in that case you would get your deposit back.
