Payment is accepted in US dollars only.
Seasonal Rental: Turn-Key Furnished.
Rental Rates: $2,500 month with two (2) month minimum.
First, Last and Security Deposit Required ($1,000). Rent due 30
days prior to arrival. Payable by check.
Additional Costs:
$75 Cleaning Fee (upon departure)and Electric Bills over $50 per
month.
Rates quoted are for double occupancy; add $100 / month per adult.
