Rental Rates: $2,500 month with two (2) month minimum.
First, Last and Security Deposit Required ($2,000). Rent due 30
days prior to arrival. Payable by check.
Additional Costs:
$125 Cleaning Fee (upon departure) if needed. A monthly $150 electric bills utility allowance.
Rates quoted are for double occupancy; add $100 / month per adult.
