The following rate are for minimum 3 weeks rental:

$65 per night April 1 to May 31, 2013

$75 per night June 1 to June 15, 2013

$75 per night Special Season: September 01 to Novemver 30, 2013

$105 per night Prime Season: July 01 to Aug 31, Dec 01 to Mar 31st, 2013 (except holidays season).

$125 per night Holiday Season  : Dec 20, 13 to Jan 3, 2014

Call for last minute special, Monthly rental at 25% discount from nightly rate.
Price plus 14% Hawaiian TAT/GET Taxes, and departure cleaning charge $165.  Security deposit required, refundable in accordance to reservation terms and condition. Additional 4% for credit card fees and Paypal.

We do not rental without 3 weeks minimum.
