New England feel on the California coast. We invite you to share in
the warmth of our brand new Mendocino coast house. Located in a
private community two miles north of Mendocino village, this
beautiful Cape Cod style home is set on a field of dancing grasses
overlooking blue and white water ocean. Protected from the harsh
winds of the cliffs by aromatic pines yet close enough to hear the
crash of waves, Sea Pearl is a two story, three bedroom, three bath
home with a large, comfortable family room, generously accommodated
kitchen and expansive deck with spa. Relax with morning coffee at
the charming bistro set just outside the kitchen slider. Read a
book in one of the Adirondacks on deck while the salty ocean air
clears your mind of the stresses left behind. BBQ on the gas grill
while the playful barn swallows whisk in the breezes.

Each bedroom boasts lovely views and individual d�cor. In the
downstairs master suite, awaken in the king sized Jamaican
plantation bed to the sight of whales as they glide by in the
distance. The two upstairs bedrooms are each furnished with a queen
sized bed and inviting reading chairs. Beach glass wall colors,
vintage accents and relaxed furnishings make for a child friendly
space where you can kick your shoes off and take a deep breath.

The house is walking distance from Russian Gulch State Park where
there are great day hikes. Walk or bike north a couple of miles to
Point Cabrillo lighthouse or take the short drive up to Caspar State
beach for surfing and beach combing. Further north, about a 15
minute drive is Fort Bragg with its refreshed shopping district and
restaurants. Nearby Noyo Harbor offers sport fishing opportunities
or whale watching excursions.

A short drive south to Mendocino village, you�ll find boutique
shopping, day spas and fine dining. A bit further down is Big River
Beach for swimming, canoeing and lazing on the sand. And another
10 minutes will take you to Little River Inn for golf.

We find that our location offers a perfect balance of accessibility
to the village, town or activities, with a getaway feel in an
