Vacation Rental Rates

This is a seasonal rental with a 3 month minimum during season 
11/15 - 4/15. Our rate is $6,000.00 a month as our peak season is October 
through May. There will be an additional refundable security 
deposit, as well as a nonrefundable $100 exit cleaning fee. There are other prepaid rent requirments 
as well.  
This property can also be leased annually (twelve month period) for $3,500 per month, plus utilities.
