Our townhouse is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida.  It is within short walking distance of "the world's most beautiful beaches." The resort features a beach house with swimming pool and clubhouse with restaurant/snackbar & store located directly on the beach. The resort also includes 10 other swimming pools (some heated), tennis courts (2
lighted), 18-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard, 24-hour security, and lagoon for fishing -- all located within the resort.

This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo that features a queen size bed in the master bedroom with new queen pillowtop mattress. The master bedroom has it's own private balcony with screened in porch.  The master bedroom also has a new Vizio 26" flat screen LCD HD tv & dvd player.  The guest bedroom has a queen bed & twin bed along with a new 24" flat screen tv & dvd player.  The living room features a new 40" flat screen LCD HD tv & DVD player.  There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a 1/2 bath off the living room. There is all new tiled flooring on the main level in the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, all dishes & utensils, and more.  There is a full size washer & dryer.

There are 2 dedicated parking spaces located at your front door which makes it easy to unload luggage and groceries. This is an end unit with a screened-in porch as well as back patio with outdoor furniture and grill.  We also offer a golf cart available for rental.  Please inquire if interested.

* Add 12.5% sales tax & $65 cleaning fee.
* You must be at least 25 years old to rent.
* Peak times such as Spring Break & Summer require weekly rental from either Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday.
* No smoking.
* A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold your dates, and will be returned as soon as the unit is cleaned and inventoried after your visit.
* Small pets allowed upon prior approval. $100 non-refundable pet deposit required.

*Golf cart available for rental for $150 a week.  Please inquire about availability.
