Vacation Rental Description

Our newly remodeled townhouse is located in Gulf Highlands Beach  
Resort in the heart of Panama City Beach, FL.  The resort features a  
beach house with swimming pool on the beach, 10 other swimming pools  
(some heated), 6 tennis courts (2 lighted), mini-golf, shuffleboard,  
24-hour security, and lagoon for fishing.  We are within walking  
distance to Wal-Mart, Rock-It Lanes (cosmic bowling), movie theater,  
shoppes at Edgewater, Salty's, Montego Bay, Applebee's, and several  
other shops & restaurants. We are in close proximity to Spinnakers,  
Club La Vela, Pineapple Willie's, Frank Brown Softball Complex, Pier  
Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and several  
golf courses. 
 
This is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo that features a King-size bed  
in the master bedroom, a full and twin in the second bedroom along  
with a queen-sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 dedicated  
parking spaces located at your front door which makes it easy to  
unload luggage and groceries.  This condo is located on the canal.   
You can fish off the back deck, cook out, or just relax and enjoy the  
view.  We also offer a golf cart for rent with this unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo features cable TV's, dvds, full kitchen, microwave,  
refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, washer/dryer, and gas grill.   
 
Gulf Highlands resort features 11 swimming pools (some heated), 6  
tennis courts (2 lighted), unlimited free mini golf and shuffleboard,  
and exercise room.

Aug 2 - Sep 6  .... $140 nt/$800 wk 
Sep 6 - Oct 31 .... $130 nt/$750 wk   
Nov 1 - Mar 28 .... $130 nt/$750 wk/$1,200 month 
 
                             
* Add 10.5% sales tax. 
* Cleaning fee is included in weekly rates. If reserving nightly,  
please add $65 cleaning fee. 
* You must be at least 25 years old to rent. 
* No smoking. 
* A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold your dates, and will be  
returned as soon as the maid cleans and takes inventory after your  
visit. 
 *Small pets upon approval with additional deposit.
