in 1937 privately nestled on Lake Winnicook OR Unity Pond in Troy, Maine.
Unique double decker porch on a three mile lake. The cottage is fully furnished.Three bed rooms / sleeps seven. Master bedroom is on the upstairs porch fully enclosed with a tree house view and a queen bed. Large living/dining area includes TV dish DVD/VCR player and phone. Bathroom with shower, sink and washer. Full kitchen with gas stove complete with pots and pans, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishes. Towels and linens are included. All the comforts of home for a family vacation or romantic get-a-way. Two outside decks and a grill. Private water front with a dock, swim float, row boat and mooring to tie off a boat. Large yard with private parking. Near the town of unity, Unity College, Unity Race
