etc. Separate dining room. Downstairs is fully finished game/family room.

The house is in a private community with 5 private lakes. Three of
the lakes have beach areas with lifeguards and well equipped
playgrounds, picnic areas and charcoal grills. There are tennis
courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits.

The lakes are stocked and fishing is allowed.
There is a private ski area with lift, snow permitting.
Organized activities for children and adults.

Nearby attractions include, biking, hiking, fishing, canoeing and
rafting, Camelback ski area, Camelbeach water park and Great Wolf
Lodge. Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski areas (10 minutes).
State game lands are nearby, and hunting is excellent.
Several golf courses are nearby, as are many other Pocono attractions.
The Crossings shopping outlet is 15 miles away, and Pocono
International Raceway is less than 10 miles away.

Locust Lake Village requires that renters use badges to use the
facilities such as the lakes,
beaches, playgrounds, etc.

The rates are:
Children under the age of 6 do not need a badge.
