Beautiful brand new cottage style home on top of mountain 350' above
Otsego Lake. Heated wood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops,
ceramic tile baths. 900 sq.ft porch and deck wrap around house
providing idyllic views of lake, Mt Wellington [known locally as the
"Sleeping Lion"], Glimmerglass State Park, and distant farmlands. 5 minutes to
village/museums/golf, etc. Fantastic retreat!
Mud room with washer/dryer on first floor. Also on first floor are 3 bedrooms:
1. master w/ queen bed, walk-in closet, private bath, and stunning view,
2. bedroom with 2 twin beds, and
3. bedroom with queen bed, shared bath between bedrooms 2 and 3.
Fourth bedroom has a king bed and is on the lower floor. Lower floor is very bright walkout with lake views; sliding glass door, has large living area; and a huge tiled bath.
Everything is brand new and of high quality. Nearest neighbor in view
from porch is a couple of miles away. Beautiful starry nights. The firepit is enchanting!
