You are positioned about 1 mile East of I75's Exit 136, Colonial Blvd.
You enter on Treeline that
also takes you directly to the SWFL Regional Airport, a short 15-20
minute drive away.

Pelican Preserve is an award-winning, premier, 55 plus community. You
will find every possible
amenity from 27 holes of golf on a Chip Powell designed golf course,
resort-style pool and jacuzzi,
an indoor pool, an indoor walking track, a state of the art fitness
center with free classes, a
movie theatre with luxurious leather seats and free movies on
Wednesday and Friday during season,

There are 2 community-related fees. First a $100 application fee plus
a $100 transfer fee that
enables you to use all of the town center facilities, attend classes,
etc. Golf is available on a pay as you go basis.

To reserve your home, there is a $700 deposit. Deposit will be returned upon
departure assuming no damages. Please no pets or smoking allowed.
