Vacation Rental Description

You will love this beautifully furnished villa. You will find 2 
bedrooms, 2 baths, a separate dining  
area, living room, lovely screened lanai and 2 car garage.  The master 
bedroom has a King size bed  
and the guest room has a Queen size bed. Your villa is completely 
outfitted for all your vacation  
needs.  All you need to do is bring your clothes and be prepared to 
enjoy the fantastic amenities  
waiting for you at Pelican Preserve. 
 
You are positioned about 1 mile East of I75's Exit 136, Colonial Blvd. 
 You enter on Treeline that  
also takes you directly to the SWFL Regional Airport, a short 15-20 
minute drive away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pelican Preserve is an award-winning, premier, 55 plus community. You 
will find every possible  
amenity from 27 holes of golf on a Chip Powell designed golf course, 
resort-style pool and jacuzzi,  
an indoor pool, an indoor walking track, a state of the art fitness 
center with free classes, a  
movie theatre with luxurious leather seats and free movies on 
Wednesday and Friday during season,  
wonderful dining at Destinations restaurant, social events, tennis on 
6 har tru courts, a fishing  
pier, walking trails through an Audobon rated nature preserve, a new 
Butterfly garden and more.

Activities and Attractions

If you still need more to do, plan a wonderful day at one of the areas 
beaches that includes Fort  
Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, the Bonita Springs beaches to name a 
few. Shopping is everywhere with  
new stores constantly popping up as the population expands. Dining is 
also a treat with named  
restaurants throughout the area like Bonefish Grill and  Bahama Breeze 
as two popular examples.   If  
you like baseball, Fort Myers is the home to the Minnesota Twins and 
the Boston Red Sox Spring  
training.  We also have an ECHL hockey team, the Florida Everblades 
that are in full swing from  
October-May. The Barbara Mann theatre of performing arts also is in 
full swing with wonderful shows  
coming to the area.

Vacation Rental Rates

January           $3,000 per month 
February          $3,200 per month 
March             $3,200 per month 
April             $2,500 per month 
May               $1,500 per month 
June-September    $1,400 per month 
October           $1,500 per month 
November          $1,800 per month 
December          $2,300 per month 
 
Ask about multiple month discounts. All rentals must be for a minimum 
of one month according to community rules. Also, at least one person 
must be 55 years or older.  
 
11% Florida tourist tax applies to all rentals of less than 6 months, 
plus a departure cleaning fee  
of $85.00 
 
There are 2 community-related fees.  First a $100 application fee plus 
a $100 transfer fee that  
enables you to use all of the town center facilities, attend classes, 
etc. Golf is available on a pay as you go basis.  
 
To reserve your home, there is a $700 deposit. Deposit will be returned upon  
departure assuming no damages. Please no pets or smoking allowed.
