Villa Olivia Beachfront Oasis in Playa Grande

Villa Olivia is a deluxe two story vacation home located on the
pristine sandy beach of Playa Grande. The mediteranean style
architecture of this Costa Rica beach house emphasizes open spaces and
large verandas. Furnishings and decor are contemporary and
comfortable, many custom-made from local hardwoods. Tropical gardens,
banana, palm and coconut trees create an intimate atmosphere.

The main beach house consists of 4 air conditioned bedrooms with a
private bathroom and safety box. Two rooms each have a queen bed and
the other two rooms each have two twin beds. The attached studio has a
queen and double bed, offering a private bath, a/c, ceiling fan,
safety box, and equipped with a kitchen.

We provide evening security and room cleaning every third day. Our
property manager will be happy to arrange for you a private cook,
nanny, and airport transfer.

Playa Grande stretches over two miles along the magnificent northwest
pacific coastline, 30 min. north of Playa Tamarindo and 30 min. south
of Playa Flamingo. Villa Olivia sits on the northern end of Playa
Grande near the big rock. This is a secluded and undeveloped beach
community of only a dozen oceanfront vacation/retirement homes, a few
small hotels and over 6 restaurants. The closest market is 5 minutes
away by car.

This beachfront vacation villa is ideal for families and large groups,
and along with our other villa, Casa Mirage (6 bed/5 bath), we can
accommodate a group up to 26 guests.

Full kitchen, livingroom, spacious outside dinning, kitchenettes, 2
wet bars, 2 extensive wraparound oceanfront verandas, expansive
countryside deck with shaded courtyard. Enjoy hammocks, lounge chairs,
& rocking chairs. A/C, ceiling fans, safe box, and private bathrooms
in every room. Wireless internet, BBQ, outside bali shower, off-street parking. We
provide nightly security, room cleaning every third day, as well as
linens & towels.

Playa Grande is a national park protecting the nesting site of the
Giant Leatherback turtles (Oct - Mar). Explore the tidal pools around
the volcanic rocks and walk to the northern coves, ending in a black
sand beach. Enjoy world-class Surfing, fishing, and golfing. Take a
horseback ride, canopy tour, kayak in the estuary, sunset cruise, or
snorkel/dive . Hike
through Rincon De La Vieja or Palo Verde National Park.
