Unit is fully furnished with master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath.  Master bedroom faces Gulf. 
Second bedroom has 2-twin beds and adjoining bath.  Second bedroom faces Intracoastal Waterway.  Living 
room faces Gulf of Mexico and has pull-out coach, TV, stereo and adjoining dining room.  Unit is heated and full 
AC, cable (100 plus channels) and local telephone service.
Unit is furnished in modern country style--all funrishings Ethan Allen.  Kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, stove, 
microwave and all necessary dishes, utensils, pots and pans.  Full washer and dryer in unit laundry room.

Tides Beach Club luxury condominiums complex 2008--seasonal rental or long term rental, minimum one month 
stay--rates vary from $2500 per month in low season (fall) to high of $5000 in peak season (winter). Annual 
rental rates negotiable.
Unit is 6th floor accessible by 2 elevators.  1 dedicated under-building parking space included.
