Vacation Rental Description

Come enjoy a family vacation or a weekend get-away located in 
beautiful Amelia Island. You will feel at home in this newly 
renovated and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo 
located on the top floor of a 3-story building at the back of the 
complex, away from the traffic—so it’s quiet and peaceful. Relax 
outside on the hammock or comfortable patio furniture on the large, 
private wrap-around deck that overlooks magnolia and oak trees. Take 
a stroll down the scenic boardwalk to the beach—just a block away. 

This condo has just undergone a total renovation in 2005—all NEW 
kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, stainless steel 
appliances, porcelain tiles, freshly painted walls, and newly 
furnished. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and full 
bathroom with direct access to the porch. A full-sized bed in the 
guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room bring the 
total guest accommodation to six. This is a non-smoking unit, and no 
pets are allowed.

Winter Rates (October - March):
$115/night.  Minimum 2 night stay.  $685/week, or $2000/mo.

Summer Rates (April - September):
$150/night.  Minimum 2 night stay.  $895/week or 2695/mo.
Special Event Rates may apply.

*$200 deposit required.
*Rates +$90 Cleaning fee due in full 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
*Cancellations within two weeks forfeit deposit.
