Master bedroom. 3rd bedroom is on lower level privately nestled at
end of hallway. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel
appliances with bar area seating. Living room area has a sleeper
sofa and eating area overlooking lower deck with view of lake.
Laundry room with stacked washer and dryer and cabinets. Unit has a
drive-in garage with room for a boat trailer or lake toys. THIS IS A
NON-SMOKING FACILITY!

Living room area has a 27" flat screen television with cable and DVD
player, computer hutch with on-site desktop computer for guest use.
All 3 bedrooms have 20" televisions with cable and built-in DVD
players. Kitchen is fully equiped for preparing meals with utensils,
pots, pans, toatser, coffee maker, etc. and pantry for storage. Lots
of cabinet space available and plenty of counter top space as well
for entertaining. All bedrooms have large closets with the Master
bedroom having a walk-in closet. All bedrooms include plenty of bed
linens. Master bathroom has his/her vanities and a jetted garden
tub. All secondary bedrooms have single vanities and full tubs. All
bathrooms have plenty of cabinet space with all towels and linens
provided.

Unit is located directly on private cove area on Lake Chatuge with a
boat slip available for use. Dock may be used for fishing, canoeing,
or just playing. Beach area for kids with room for outdoor
activities. Complex has a community pavillion with stacked stone
fireplace, ceiling fans and charcoal grill. Picnic tables are
located in pavillion area for entertaining. Tennis court located on-
site for use as well. Several casual and fine dining restaurants
nearby as well as a movie theatre and Fun World with batting cages,
video games and go-karts. Lots of shopping nearby with downtown
Hiawasse just 2 miles away. The Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds just a
mile away offers concerts, fairs, crafts and lots of other
activities year round. A public boat ramp and camping areas are
available as well. Several hiking areas are within 10 minutes
offering beautiful mountain and lake views. Brasstown Valley Resort
and Golf course just 10 minutes away offering fine dining and access
to one of Georgia's only state owned and operated public golf

RATES: $135/per night, $810/per week

Holidays: $150 Per Night & Minimum 3 Night Stay  No Pets / No Smoking.

Rates based on up to 4 persons; $10/per person/ per night for each additional guest; Departure Cleaning Fee: $100; Damage Waiver: $55; Taxes: 12% (7% on stays of 10 nights or more)
