The Mouse House on the Lake at Aviana is a brand new luxury lakefront home with a private screened
in
pool/waterfall spa and custom climate controlled gameroom. Located only 10 miles from Disney
attractions and
5 miles from championship golf courses.

Our vacation home is named The Mouse Club , where we pay special homage to Walt Disney's Mouse with
Disney-themed decor in the game room and kids room. This 4 bedroom 3 bath villa is located in the
spectacular
Aviana Resort, right on the lake, and only 10 miles from Disney World.

We take pleasure in pampering your family with the most comfortable furniture and fun, cool,
amenities we
could find. We have provided your family with conveniences and amenities so that you can actually
look forward
to a fun and relaxing day away from the parks. Our home is children friendly. We provide a
highchair, porta bed,
baby monitor, and a toddler rail. There is also a stroller for your use at the house as well as in
the parks.

We have two new additions to our home. Now you can enjoy a CharBroil Gas Grill and also one of the
twin
bedrooms can be converted into a king.

We have thought of everything to make your Disney vacation truly magical and Disney in every
respect, and yet
with class. We want the small ones to feel Disney in their vacation home too and not just in the
parks. We have
an awesome game room done in a Disney theme with a pool table, air hockey, and games / toys for the
little
ones. We have an extra large sun deck around our pool and cushioned patio furniture so that you can
soak up
the Florida rays or moonlight after an exhausting day in the parks. So come home to The Mouse Club
and enjoy
our hospitality.

$90 short stay cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights.

$20 per night for optional pool heat.(Recommended Nov-March)

10% discount for active military.

1 night free with a 14 or more day stay.

$250 fully refundable security deposit required.

$250 deposit due at time of booking and the balance and security due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
