Luxury Home in Gated Las Sendas Community in Mesa

This luxury home is located in the gated community of Las Sendas in Northwest Mesa. It features an open floor plan with a great room/kitchen and full furnishings, including 50 inch TV, DVD, CD and built-in surround sound.

The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths(a master suite with king bed and full bath; a guest room with aqueen bed; a guest room with two twins - the second full bath is located between the two guest bedrooms). There is also anoffice/study with a twin pull-out and a queen-size pull-out couch in the great room.

The home also features a beautifully landscaped back yard complete with pool, jacuzzi, surround sound, roof-top deck, outdoor bar, gas grill, and amazing views of the surrounding mountains and the metro valley.

You will find cheaper rentals and larger rentals, but you won't find a home more tastefully decorated or generously appointed.

The home is furnished with all the comforts you would expect in a luxury home, including a 50 inch TV, DVD/CD player in the great room and built-in surround sound which extends to the patio and jacuzzi.  The master suite has a 27" TV and a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything necessary to eat in and enjoy the home, including a gas range, oven and microwave.  All 3 bedrooms feature high-end sheets and comforters.

Cable TV (great room and master suite), high-speed internet access (both wireless and ethernet), local phone service, and washer/dryer are also provided.

Activities abound in the metro area, including hiking, golf, cycling, shopping, swimming and tennis. Saguaro Lake is also located approximately 15 miles Northeast of the Las Sendas Community, where you will find waterskiing, jetskiing, fishing, kayaking, and horseback riding.

SPRING TRAINING!! Mesa, Arizona is the place to be for Chicago Cubs spring training action. The Cubs play at Hohokam Park centrally located in Mesa approximately 12 miles West of our home. Cactus League games are played all over metro Phoenix and most are within 40 minutes of Mesa.

Other teams that hold spring training in Arizona include the Arizona Diamondbacks, Milwaukee Brewers, Oakland A's, Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, San Francisco Giants, Anaheim Angels,Texas Rangers, Kansas City Royals, Chicago White Sox and Colorado
Rockies.

Las Sendas Golf Club is located just down the street from our home. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and opened for public play in February of 1995. The course has matured into one of the most beautiful and challenging Golf courses in the Country. Acclaimed by avid golfers and sports writers, Las Sendas is the 12th most challenging, and one of the top 50 courses in the nation according to two ZAGAT Surveys.

Cost Breakdown

The cost of your stay is outlined in detail below.  There is a 10% discount for multi-week stays.  For stays of one month or longer, please inquire. 

Occasionally, I publish special deals/promotions for last-minute stays but generally speaking, the rates are what they are.  I won’t respond to e-mails requesting substantial discounts. 

Rental Fee:

Shoulder Season: June, Oct                                      $1200/week
High Season: Feb, April, May, Nov, Dec, Jan                $1400/week
March (Baseball Spring Training)                                $1900/week
Low Season: July, Aug, Sept                                      $950/week

Minimum Stay:

The minimum stay is one week in March and during the high season.  We do not make exceptions. 

During the low season, the home rents weekly for $950 or $150 per night with a 3-night minimum stay. 

During the shoulder season, the home rents weekly for $1200 or $175 per night with a 3-night minimum stay. 

Cleaning Fee:  $150 per stay

Damge Insurance:  $49

Damage insurance covers accidental damage to the property during your stay.  This is a non-refundable charge that takes the place of a large, refundable damage deposit. 

Pool Usage: $100 per week (optional)

Due to high energy costs, there is an additional $100 per week surcharge for guests who would like to heat the pool. Please note that this charge does not apply to renters who don't want to heat the pool. Also, the hot tub can be heated separately from the pool, and there is no surcharge.
