there is a bonus room which can be used as a bedroom for the kiddos
which looks out at the bay. Cleanliness
of our home is of the utmost importance when we loan it out to our
renters. Three TVs, DVD, CD, cable and all
the comforts of home like microwave, full oven, dishwasher, ice maker
refrigerator, bar-b-que, new and clean
washer and dryer (free), garage, chaires for beach etc.

Furnished in a Tommy Bahama style, clean and comfortable.
Mattress covers, bedspreads and pillows are provided, sheets, towels
and blankets are available upon request.

Biking, swimming in nearby ocean ( 1 block away ) or in the bay at
Mothers Beach (two blocks away ). Fun Zone
with rides restaurants and Ferrry to Balboa Island 4 blocks away.

$2500to $2600 weekly in summer depending on the number of families renting and number
of children. Winter rental is based on month to month for $2600 ( includes utilities)
