everything you need to feel at home. The extended lanai overlooks a
lake and a preserve and is a great place to watch the sunsets and to relax or to entertain. There are many things to do in the area as well as full resort style living at the Venetian Golf and River Club.
Located just off Interstate 75 on Laurel Rd, this home is
close to everything....just 6 miles to the nearest beach, 15 minutes
to Siesta Beach (ranked as one of the top beaches in the world) and
only 20 minutes from downtown Sarasota where you can enjoy top
entertainment, such as opera, ballet, museums, and theatre.

Amenities include full fitness facilities, tennis, fine and casual
dining, resort and lap pool. Aerobics studio and massage treatment
rooms. There is also a wide range of planned social activities. Golf
is available for the usual published green fees.

$3,200 Dec thru March, $2,500 all other months.
Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US dollars. A deposit of $500
is required to hold the property. Full payment is due 30 days prior
to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler's check are
accepted forms of payment. A SECURITY DEPOSIT
OF $500 IS REQUIRED AND WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF
DEPARTURE IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to
arrival there is a fee of $100.00. There are no refunds for
cancellations of 30 days or less prior to arrival.
Rules: Absolutely no pets allowed. This unit is a non smoking
unit. There are a few rules associated with use of the river club
and other community facilities. Complete information will be
provided upon request.
