masterbedroom suite, Queen size bed in the guest bedroom and sleeper  
sofa in living room.There is also a study area. So, whether you are  
coming here for business, pleasure, a little of each: military or  
civilian, we hope this quality furnished condo will make you feel  
right at home. 
 
Vacation Rental Policies: 
 *No smoking or pets allowed in the unit 
 *Payment options:bank money order,cashier's                         
check,traveler's,Visa,Mastercard,discover and American Express( 3%  
processing fee will be charges for credit cards)  
 *Check In: 3:00 pm 
 *Chech Out: 10:00 am 
 *Required Stay: 5 days 
 *Must be 25 years  
 *25% of rental amount due upon booking 
 *Full payment due 14 days before date of arrival  
 *If cancel 14 days before arrival date,initial deposite will be 
  refunded less $35.00 process fee 
 *No refund is given if cancel request is made after 14 days  
  of arrival 
 
Violation of any of these policies will result in forfeit of  
initial deposite
