vaulted ceiling in main living area and plantation shutters on a completely 
fenced corner lot on a quiet street.  Incredibly comfortable interior funishings,
 1 queen and two twins beds.  Courtyard offers two distinct outdoor eating areas
and lounge chairs for private sunbathing.  Enjoy meals under the patio umbrella 
while you enjoy the outdoor sound system.  
Kitchen is equipped with brand new Wolfgang Puck pots and pans and every handy gadget.

Additional Charges:
11% Florida Tourist Tax
$500 security/damage deposit (fully refunded if no damage)
End of stay cleaning fee (usual fee $100, more if excessive cleaning necessary)

Terms: 25% deposit on booking
            Balance due at least 60 days before arrival

Cancellation Charges:
Within 60 days prior to arrival        Full Rent 
Within 61-90 days prior to arrival     25% of Rent
More than 90 days prior to arrival    $50.00
