Cayuga Lakehouse, 6 Cottages & 2 Yurts Family Reunions! in Cayuga Lake

We have a large Lake house that can sleep up to 18 and Six adorable
2 and 3 bedroom lakeside cottages and 2 BEAUTIFUL Yurts. All sitting
on 400 feet of Cayuga
Lake Front.

We give a 5% discount for multiple renting

Kingtown Beach is located at 9305 Kingtown Beach Rd, Trumansburg,
NY, 14886.

Kingtown Beach is located 11.5 miles north of Ithaca off of RT 89 in
the town of Trumansburg, NY 14886

The Sweet town of Trumansburg offers 2 large grocery stores, 3 pizza
parlors, a great Chinese food restaurant and 9 restaurants/bars most
with live music. There are also 2 laundry mats, 2 movie rental
stores and lots more.

We are located in the center of the Fingerlakes and Seneca Wine
Trail. There are 4 beautiful state parks within 12 miles of
Kingtown Beach.

Check in is 4:30 PM, check out is 10AM. If the house or cottages
were not used the prior night call for earlier check in availability.

Kingtown Beach Lake House: Can sleep 12 people
$2500 per week for 12 people or $650 per night with a 3 night
minimum up to 12 people.

The House is typically rented from Saturday to Saturday. One
electric boat hoist comes with house.

Lake House:
Has linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, Satellite TV,
Microwave, Coffee Pot, Full Kitchen, outside BBQ and fire pit.
Paper products are provided for your arrival, you must buy/bring
TPaper, Paper towels, Aluminum foil, firewood, etc., for your own
use.
Towels and linens are only supplied at your arrival; you must wash
what you use if you need more to during your stay.

Upstairs: Open floor plan, kitchen, dining room seats 8, living
room, sliding glass doors and large deck overlooking Cayuga Lake.

#2 Bedroom upstairs: 2 Twins and a Daybed
Living room has tables, chairs and a large sectional seating

Downstairs: Open floor plan, kitchen, dining area, living room,

Large living room with 2 Futon couches which pull out to full sized
beds (4th bedroom)

Bunkhouse can sleep 6, $550 extra per week, $150 per night with 3
night minimum
The Bunkhouse is located 15 feet from downstairs door of Lake House.

Cottage Info:

Guests interested in renting the Lake House and Cottages, Cottages
are approximately 250 feet from Lake House.

**As we have a limited Septic system, our hot water heaters in the
cottages are 10 gallons, you may have to take a quick shower if
everyone decides to take a shower one after the other.**

Cottages are all newly decorated.
They have linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, Satellite
TV, Covered front porch, with picnic table and sitting area,
BBQ/Fire pit.
Paper products are provided for your arrival, you must buy/bring
TPaper, Paper towels, Aluminum foil, firewood, etc., for your own
use.
Towels and linens are only supplied in abundance at your arrival;
you must wash what you use if you need to during your stay.

Cottages are typically rented from Saturday to Saturday; we have a 3
night minimum otherwise.

Cottage #1 (Closest to the lake and has loft bed)
$1000 up to 6 people, $275 per night with a 3 night minimum.

$1000 per week, $250 per night with a 3 night minimum.

$800 per week, $250 per night with a 3 night minimum.

Cottage #5
$1000 per week $275 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Cottage #5 is up a little hill behind the other cottages with GREAT
views. It is the largest of the cottages. It has 2 bedrooms a full
living room, kitchen, bath and very large front porch. It has all
linens and utensils, satellite TV.

Cottage #6 NEW THIS YEAR.
$1000 per week $275 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Cottage #6 up a little hill across from cottage #5. It has 2
bedrooms a full living room, kitchen, bath and very large front
porch. It will have all linens and utensils, satellite TV. It has
a very nice view of the lake and very private.

Yurts 1 & 2 have 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, bath, SatTV, Futon couch
that opens to bed.
They are $1000 per week and REALLY BEAUTIFUL and Different!!

Refund Policy: After we have received a 50% deposit for your rental
reservation and if you let us know that you will not be able to make
the reservation in enough time to re-rent we will refund all but
10%. If we can not re-rent the same we will keep the 50% deposit.


The following is our �contract� expected to be returned via email
before renting. We like to keep it simple!

Kingtown Beach Refund and Damage Policy: After we have received a
50% deposit for your rental reservation and if you let us know that
you will not be able to make the reservation in enough time to re-
rent we will refund all but 10% of your deposit. If we can not re-
rent the same we will keep the 50% deposit.

Cayuga Lake is wonderful for all those who love boating, fishing,
water skiing, jet skiing, hiking, waterfalls, sunsets, moonbeams and
rainbows. Fishermen enjoy an over abundance of landlocked salmon,
lake, brown, and rainbow trout, pickeral, pike, perch, bass, and
smelt (in the spring).

We are 20 minutes from Cornell University and Ithaca College. 30
Minutes to Watkins Glen, 50 minutes to
Corning Museum. We are located right at the beginning of the Cayuga
Wine Trail and 15 minutes to the Seneca Wine Trail. We are minutes
from 4 fantastic State parks. There's lots to do in our area!!

The Lake house is $3000 per week for from June to
September or $650 per night with a 3 night minimum. We have a
bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds, next to the lakehouse that is only rented
to the lakehouse renters for an extra $550 per week or $150 per
night. 3 night minimum applies to Lakehouse, Cottages and Yurts
from June 15th - Sept 5 and for local
College gatherings.

Cottage #1 is $1000 per week $275 per night w/3 night minimum

Cottage #3 is $800 per week $250 per night w/3 night minimum
