Cozy Beach Cottage,can heat Pool,Golf Cart, Pool Table in Isle of Palms

Note from the Owners: "We spent last winter at our beach cottage at
223 Forest Trail. It was a cozy winter retreat that we really
enjoyed. What our family did was turn on the outdoor patio heaters
(like you see at restaurants) and then we kept the pool temperture at
around 97 degrees. We were able to enjoy the outdoors during the off-
season and felt as if it was still in the autumn verses
the winter. At 96 degrees itwas almost like a big hot tub!
The Parkers
Cozy beach house is located at 223 Forest Trail, Isle of Palms, in
Charleston, SC. It is approximately a 3 minute walk to one of the
southern states most beautiful beaches. It is close to the Marina on
41st Avenue, where boating, kayaking, jetsking, parasailing and
fishing license can all be obtained. Love to fish or boat, but hate
the hassel of taking the boat down to the landing each time you want
to go? if so, inquire about use of the nearby dock and availability of the
dock, Each of the 3 bedrooms contain King size beds, while the
den has 2 queen sofa beds. In addition there is a bunk bed and baby
crib in the sunroom. This home can sleep 8-10 people comfortably. The
kitchen has recently been remodeled in all white, while the rest of
the home decor reflects a flora/tropical theme. Home has a lush
tropical landscape with Date Palm. There is a 2 car garage which has been renovated to include a full size professional pool table, dart board, couch, small table and tv with sliding doors that give quick access back and forth to the swimming pool and playset. Home has an electric golf cart for quick beach access.(must meet driving record requirements & sign liability forms to use cart) The cottage is only minutes away from 2 renounded golf courses inside of Wild Dunes Resort/Golf. It is 5 blocks to the community park/tennis courts/and
Recreational Dept.work out room on 28th Avenue.

Private back yard with heated pool, pool heaters, gas grill, fire pit, pool table and deck.
Full kitchen, tv/dvd/vcr,cable tv with surround sound, wireless
internet access, iron, baby crib, kid toys, high chair, 2 pack-n-plays,books, hair dryer, alarm clock,washer and dryer, electric golf cart (which has the rules
attached to it and also requires a release of liability form be
signed).

Charleston has tons of family oriented events/festivals and
culturally enriching activities throughout the year. For a list of

Some events that occur include: The Bridge Run, Spoleto, Taste of
Charleston, Shrimp Festival, Blessing of the Fleet, visit the Hunley,
Fort Moultrie, Boone Hall Plantation, Middleton Plantation, Patriot's
Point, Historical downtown Charleston/the Market/Rainbow Row, North
Charleston Ice Rink, Blackbeard's Cove, Charlestowne Landing (which
has native wildlife), The Aquarium, IMax Theater, Charleston Theater
of Fine Arts, Huge 4th of July Fireworks on the beach, St. Pattie's
Day Pub Crawl, Octoberfest, just to name a few. *Boone Hall Plantation
August 31 "Blues Festival" featuring famous groups like "Oh Brother,
Where art Thou?"
