Redington fishing pier is literaly in your back yard along with deep 
sea charters departing from nearby John's Pass. For nature lovers, a 
bird santuary is within walking distance and Tampa's Lowery Park and 
Aquarium are a short car ride across the bridge. World class golf 
abounds in the area along with tennis, parasailing, windsurfing, jet-
skiiing, snorkeling, diving and much more. 
Speaking of sports, the Tampa Bay area is home to the NFL's 
Buccaneers, the NHL's Lightning, and MLB's Devil Rays with the NBA's 
Magic just down the road in Orlando.

Sep. - Apr.: $2,800 - $3,000 per month
Security deposit required plus 12% sales tax added to monthly rate.
Minimum rental is three months.
