This is simply the best for vacationers who "Want It 
All"...Location, waterfront living, beach access, pool, a 
new/beautiful/pristine home, and the ability to fish and/or rent a 
boat to park in your back yard at your own private dock.   

This is Waterfront living at it's best in this wonderful and pristine
"Allergy Free" Intracoastal Waterway Home.   The pool/patio area 
is "southern exposure," which is the most desirable and preferred  
sun exposure.  This custom built newer home is fresh, clean and open 
with newer appliances, 10 to 12-foot ceilings, open floor plan, 
bamboo wood floors, and granite countertops in kitchen and baths.  
One bathroom has a jacuzzi/spa tub and the master bath 
has double his/her sinks and vanity areas with a huge glass and tile 
shower that is wheel chair accessible.  

This "Key West" style beach home is just steps (really) from your 
very own beautiful (Delray) beach with crystal clear turquois water 
and soft white sand. This beach is more secluded and enjoys
the amenities of lifeguards, showers, and restrooms.  

You will also enjoy your own private 15' x 30' sparkling pool in a 
lush/private landscaped setting overlooking the 50-foot boatdock and 
intracoastal waterway.  Whether you're a fisherman, boater, pool 
lounger, or beachgoer, you have it all at this beautiful home in 
Delray Beach.

Large, open spaces connecting the family room to the kitchen and 
dining area makes for a comfortable and enjoyable living and 
entertaining experience.  There is also a big-screen, 50-inch 
Television in the family room surrounded by a wonderful sectional 
sofa with ottomans that comfortably seats 6-8.  A second 
lounge/seating area (also overlooking the pool) makes it ideal for 
split family entertaining.

House has ALL newer and upgraded appliances (fridge with ice/water 
on door, silent dishwasher, full-size washer/dryer, and a gas Weber 
BBQ grill, etc.) 

There are two dining areas (inside and outside) and both seat 6 and 
overlook the pool, patio, and intracoastal waterway.  Brand new, 
beautiful and ultra comfortable patio furniture has just been added 
to the pool area including swivel and rocking dining chairs and new 
chaise pool loungers.     
  
Master has 1 King size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed, and 3rd 
bedroom has 2 single beds.  All bedding is new, fresh, and clean.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone, Cable TV, and Wireless Internet throughout property is all 
included in rates.

A wide variety of Water Sports are close by:  Boating, Sailing, Jet 
Skiing, Surfing, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Deep Sea and Fresh Water 
Fishing, etc.

Beautiful Beach park is practically across the street.
Pool is in your back yard.
Boating, Fishing (boat dock and boat lift) is in your backyard.
Pool side BBQ/dining for relaxed and convenient outdoor lounging.

Bike rentals are easily attainable.

Other Sports:
Delray Swim and Tennis Center:  Court rental, private lessons, or 
group clinics are available to non-residents at reasonable rates.   
Many Pro Tennis tournaments are played at this facility and it's 
just a few minutes from the house.

Activities and Attractions

Convenient proximity to everything makes this home the absolute best 
choice for your stay in south Florida. 
 
Delray's world famous "Atlantic Avenue" is about one mile from the 
house which means biking or walking to "The Avenue" is possible for 
for dining, shopping, pubs, art galleries, library, the 
famous Delray Tennis Center, spas/salons, etc.

Delray Beach (voted "America's favorite city") is 
conveniently located 15 minutes south of Palm Beach (and the 
airport), 30 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale (and that airport), 
and 50 minutes north of Miami (and that airport).  Therefore, there 
is much to do and see while vacationing in this area.  

The area boasts a wide variety of dining, museums, golf courses, 
shopping, fitness, and water sports. 

Golf at any of the exceptional public/semi-private golf courses in 
Palm Beach County.  Designed by legendary golf course architect 
Donald Ross, the Delray Beach Public Municipal Golf Course is 
considered one of the finest public golf courses in the United 
States.  It's located just a few miles west of the house. 

Shopping:
Delray Beach offers a "quaint, village" type shopping experience 
with hundreds of boutiques, art galleries, and fine restaurants. But 
if that's not enough, you can enjoy nearby "City Place" in West Palm 
Beach which is a beautiful and fun outdoor mall with great shopping, 
bars, restaurants, and nightclubs.  Even closer is the beautiful and 
upscale "Town Center Mall" in Boca Raton which includes a long list 
of top designer shops and upscale department stores which is only 10 
minutes away.  Or, take a 50 minute drive and visit South Beach in 
Miami....always an experience!  

Worth Avenue in Palm Beach is very upscale, designer shopping and 
only 20-30 minutes north.

Mizner Park in Boca Raton is another outdoor shopping enclave of 
shops and restaurants and also has an outdoor ampitheatre which 
showcases concerts throughout the year.  

Sawgrass Mills Outlet (one of the largest discount outlet malls in 
America) is about 50 minutes west.

distance from the house (within 1-2 miles).

  Christmas Week (12/20-27) and New Years Week (12/27-1/3)...$4200 each week 
  Jan - April 2009.................$3500/week or $12,000/monthly
