square foot one bedroom, one bath first floor condo was furnished and decorated by the
architect owner. With a king size bed with plush bedding and an LCD wall mounted cable
T.V., the bedroom is perfect for your romanitic vacation. The living room has a digital
cable HDTV and a DVD player. High speed wireless DSL is provided. A fully equiped
kitchen with granite counters has everything you will need with a full range/oven,
microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, dishes
and utensils, etc. The bathroom has a full tub/shower with a granite tub surround and
counter. Central air will keep you comfortable all year. A full size side by side washer/
dryer is provided in a closet on the private patio. This condo has everything you will need
to make your stay here a home away from home.

The complex has 24 hour security access and guards. Assigned covered parking is very
close to the condo. There are six large swimming pools with covered cabanas, indoor and
outdoor jacuzzis, saunas, state of the art fitness rooms, five tennis courts and club houses
for your enjoyment.

Only one mile to the Palms, Rio and Orleans Casinos and two miles to the famous Strip
Casinos and Showrooms of Ceasars Palace, New York New York, Mandalay Bay, Excaliber,
etc.

In addition to all the wonderful casinos and famous shows, there are many other activities
including hiking at the Red Rock Canyon Park, touring the Hoover Dam, water activities on
Lake Mead and golf. There is an abundance of fabulous restaurants and shopping malls
as well.

Regular rates: $375/three nights, $600/week, or $1800/month.

A $200 security deposit will be refunded after check out if the condo is left in the same
condition as when checked in.

An additional $75 final cleaning fee is required.
