Vacation Rental Description

 Leave your stress and cares aside. Create a time and place in which 
to enrich bonds with family and friends. The place is a charming well
maintained fully furninshed cottage on the lake with natural fire 
place. Sandy beach, shallow clean lake, located on a quiet dead-end 
street, spectacular sunsets. Sleeps 6. 3 doubles. Two baths one with 
tub and shower, fully equipped kitchen, towels and linens available, 
dryer and washing machine, phone for local calls, smoke free 
environment, dock and boat lift. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Available: Picnic table and BBQ grill, one 12 foot row boat and 
canoe with life jackets. Boat ramp two doors down. Fire pit outside 
near shore, aged firewood available , 2 peddle bikes, satellite TV, 
board games, small movie colletion ,DVD player.

Activities and Attractions

The lake is known for Walley, Perch, Muskie and bass fishing. Trout 
streams throughout nearby areas. Lake Huron 20min. away/Salmon 
fishing and big lake boating. Bike trails and Dirt bike trails only 
minutes away. UAW golf course 15 min away. Canoe and Kayak on the 
Blake River. Mackinac Island day trips.  Generally, ideal location 
for people looking for a Michigan outdoor experience-hikers, 
swimmers. boaters, bikers, birders, relaxers, readers, fisher people 
and game hunters.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates: $700.00 weekly 12:00 pm Saturday to Saturday. $100.00 per day 
for 3 or 4 day weekend. $200.00 for security deposit. Expectation is 
for the cottage to be left clean. If not, $65.00 will be deducted 
from the deposit. Availability: Spring and Fall.
