Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful updated one bedroom, one bath condo with ocean views.  
This luxurious condominium complex is located at 19370 Collins 
Avenue in the upscale beach community of Sunny Isles Beach, 
Florida.  The complex is gated with valet parking available and 
concierge service.  
As our second home we take pride in sharing this very spacious 
1,000+ SF condo that is newly furnished and decorated for your 
relaxation and enjoyment.  The unit has a floor to ceiling glass 
sliding door and glass balcony to allow you to take in the 
breathtaking views while lounging around either inside or outside.
The state-of-the art kitchen is complete with stainless steel 
appliances and an eat-in breakfast bar overlooking the ocean view.  
The dining room has seating for up to six people and the living room 
has a comfortable sofa, loveseat and chair to relax and entertain 
your guests.  
The bedroom is extremely spacious with two walk-in closets and two 
Queen (not full) sized comfortable beds, which makes you feel like 
you are staying in a luxury hotel. The bathroom is also very 
spacious with a linen closet and marble top vanity. 
Our favorite times are spent on the balcony, enjoying the ocean views and breezes at any time 
of the day.
Beach access is only a short walk directly accross the street.  The 
wide beach has plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy with a 
beachside restaurant and bar that is located directly on the beach 
and is open to the public.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air-conditioning, home entertainment system in living 
room that includes 27" LCD flat panel TV with cable, DVR, 5-
disk DVD/VCR, AM/FM stereo receiver and surround sound speakers, 15" 
flat panel LCD TV in kitchen, 20" flat screen TV in bedroom with DVD 
player, two Queen sized beds, sofa bed,linens, fully equipped 
kitchen with cooking utensils, laundry room on each floor, pool, 
pool-side BBQ's available, lighted tennis courts,fitness center, 
business center, 24-hr valet parking available, concierge, dry cleaning/alterations and convenience 
store on premises.

Activities and Attractions

Conveniently located next to Aventura Mall and many nearby shops and 
restaurants, South Beach, Hollywood Beach.
Other on-site or nearby activities and attactions include Tennis, 
Fitness Center, Golf, Live Theater & Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, 
Swimming, Snokeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Fishing, Parasailing, 
Jet Skiing, Parrot Jungle Island, Miami Seaquarium, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 2008 thru August 2008 - $140 per day; $850 per week; $2,500 per month.
September 2008 thru November 2008 - $130 per day; $800 per week; $2,250 per month.
December 2008 thru April 2009 - $150 per day; $950 per week; $2,750 per month.
Prices may be higher during Holidays.
Cleaning fee of $85 will be added to the total rental amount; cleaning fee is waived for 
monthly rentals only.

$500 refundable security deposit due at time of reservation.  
*Security deposit is not refundable if reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Note:  Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation 
deposit is received.
