Beautiful updated one bedroom, one bath condo with ocean views located in the upscale beach community of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida (nicknamed "Florida's French Riviera"). The condominium has 24-hr concierge service, a gated parking garage (self parking is inlcuded) and valet parking is available.  As our second home we enjoy this very spacious 1,000+ SF condo that was recently remodeled and furnished.  The condo has a floor to ceiling glass
sliding door and glass balcony to allow you to take in the ocean views. The kitchen is completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  There is an eat-in breakfast bar overlooking the living/dining areas and ocean view.  The dining room has seating for up to six people and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed, loveseat and chair. The bedroom is extremely spacious with a large walk-in closet and two Queen (not full) sized beds.  The bathroom is also very spacious with a linen closet and marble top vanity.
Our favorite times are spent relaxing on the balcony, enjoying the ocean
views and breezes.  Beach access is only a short walk directly accross the street. The wide beach provides plenty of room for you to relax and if you wish to have a little more privacy the northern most beach access provides you just that.  A beachside restaurant and bar is located in the Ramada directly on the beach and is open to the public.

Central air-conditioning, home entertainment system in living room that includes LCD flat panel TV with cable, DVR, 5-disk DVD/VCR, AM/FM stereo receiver and surround sound speakers, flat panel LCD TV in kitchen, flat screen TV in bedroom with DVD player, two Queen sized beds, sofa bed,linens, fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, laundry room on each floor, pool, pool-side BBQ's available, lighted tennis courts,fitness center, business center, 24-hr valet parking available, concierge, hair salon and market on premises.

Conveniently located next to Aventura Mall and many nearby shops,
restaurants and entertainment including South Beach and Hollywood Beach.
Other on-site or nearby activities and attactions include the Gulfstream Race Track and Casino, Aventura Mall, Tennis, Fitness Centers, Golf, Theater & Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snokeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Fishing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Parrot Jungle Island, Miami Seaquarium, etc.

September thru November 2009 - $650 per week; $2,250 per month.

December 2009 thru January 2010: - $700 per week; $1,000 per week for Christmas/New Year's; $2,500 per month.

April 2010 - $700 per week; $2,400 per month.

May thru August 2010 - $600 per week; $2,100 per month.

Prices may be higher during Holidays and Spring Break. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cleaning fee of $85 will be added to the total rental amount. 

$500 refundable security deposit due at time of reservation. Security deposit is not refundable if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

No smoking or pets allowed.
