There is no doubt that Key West is one of the most unique places you will ever visit. The tiny two
by four mile island is dotted with historic homes, sandy beaches, quaint restaurants and local
pubs. Beautiful water surrounds Key West where you will find great fishing on the flats and
offshore as well as diving and snorkeling on the barrier reef. Key West's world-famous sunsets are
not to be missed!

Rate is $ 1800 to $ 2500 per week (depending on the season) for a maximum of 6 people. Monthly
rentals start at $5000 per month. State and local taxes are additional:
state tax = 7.5%, county tax= 4%.
Families with more than six people should contact us for rate.

We require a $500 security deposit at the time of reservation. Payment for your stay (payable by
bank check or money order) is due one month prior to your first night. The deposit is refundable,
minus any damage fees (but we don't expect any) when the house has been inspected after your
departure.

We will consider well-behaved pets (cats and dogs only), but an additional deposit will apply.
