Vacation Rental Description

We have a spacious, comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo located 
on the 6th floor of the Ocean Terrace Club, Daytona Beach Shores. The 
Master Bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed 
and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Plus 2 full 
bathrooms.

Sun Glow Pier is only 1/3 mile north of our condo. We still have a 
great view of the Atlantic Ocean from our balcony (a few new 
condominiums have been constructed on the sand), but we have 
automobile access to the "world famous" beach or take a walk on the 
traffic free beach. The traffic free beach is great for families with 
small children; there's lots of room for building sandcastles or just 
relaxing in your beach chair.

From our front door on the west side, we have a beautiful view of the 
Halifax River/Intracoastal, great for viewing sunsets. Pets are not 
allowed,and No Smoking 
please. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home, just 
bring your food and sunscreen.  We love families! This is the 
best "stress reliever" on Daytona Beach!

provided, Linens provided. Washer & Dryer on same floor near our

Pets NOT allowed, No Smoking. Assigned covered parking for your 
vehicle.

hour north of Daytona Beach.

Sep 04-Jan 31.....$100/night....$449 week....$1600/month.
Feb 01-Labor Day...$150/night...$600/week....$1800/month.
Three Night Minimum Required.
Special Rates apply to Special Events: Daytona 500, Pepsi 400, Bike 
Week.
Discount Rates for long term rentals. We love Snow Birds! We can rent 
by the day, week or 
month!
Add 12.5% Sales Tax.  Add $65.00 cleaning fee.
