Vacation Rental Description

Located in the award winning gated Brooks community, this beautifully 
decorated   
1368 ft Carriage Home has two bedrooms, two full baths, dining room 
and a screened lanai that overlooks the  
8th fairway. This is a first floor fully air conditioned unit and has 
an attached one car garage. 
 
The master bedroom features a king sized bed, cable TV and a master 
bath with a large walk in shower, 2  
sinks, and a large walk in closet. The guest bedroom has twin beds, 
cable TV with DVD and  
is next to private bath with tub/shower. 
Perfect for guests, there is also a sofa, which pulls out into a full 
sized bed. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances. 
Cooking, baking, utensils, tableware and glassware  
are all included. There is a bar with stools and the beautiful dining 
room table seats 4. 
 
Enjoy the western exposure and watch the sun set each night while 
relaxing on the lanai overlooking the  
beautifully manicured gold course. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped with phone, air conditioning, 3 cable TVs, portable CD 
players, DVDs, washer dryer, bath and  
beach towels, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with ice 
maker. Linens included. 
 
There is a private community pool and hot tub with cabana and gas BBQ 
grills. 
Tennis courts are newly surfaced with synthetic clay and are close by, 
as is the Club House with newly  
renovated exercise room, pro shop and restaurant.  
 
Sorry – no smoking or pets. 

Activities and Attractions

18 hole golf course designed by Gordon Lewis with driving range and 
practice putting and chipping greens.  
Tennis, fitness room, pool, hot tub, gas grills, fishing, restaurant, 
bar/grill, proshop, and the ability to join in  
social/golf functions. Minutes from shopping, award winning 
restaurants, the beach, movies. Bike/walking path. 
 
Beaches in Bonita Springs include Bonita Beach, Lovers Key and Beach 
Barefoot Beach and are all a short drive  
from Spring Run. 
  
Just a short drive to downtown Naples dining and shopping or Fort 
Myers beaches. 
 
Transfer membership also allows out of season reciprocal golf to 40 
near by golf and country clubs for the cost  
of only cart fees. May—Oct. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Please call for off-season specials, multi-month discounts and last 
minute availability deals. 
January - $3200/month or $800/ week – 4 week minimum  
February-March $3600/month or $900/week 4 week minimum.  
April, May, November & December $2800/month or $750/week – 2 week minimum 
June - October $1800/month or $500/week--2 week minimum 
Spring Run golf membership transfer fee, cleaning fee and  
security deposit apply.  50% deposit holds reservation,  
balance due 30 days before arrival.   
 
Subject to Florida County & Tourist Tax & $125 exit cleaning fee
