Quaint Cottage at Long Sands Beach !! in York Beach

This romantic, quaint, standalone cottage is one in a 20 unit condominium village across the street from the southern end of Long Sands Beach near the intersection of Long Sands Road and York Street. Although it is just across from the beach, it's not waterfront as there are other cottages in the area. But you can't beat the location!! It's nicely furnished and will appeal to the romantic couple, a couple of friends, or couple with a child.  Unfortunately, it cannot accomodate any party larger. 

We rent by the week only from Memorial Day thru Labor Day, and ask for a security deposit & rental agreement (see rental rates below)

It has been updated over the years and has:

• a remodeled galley kitchen
• living and dining area with new wide pine floors, and a screened porch
• an addition to the main cottage (not visible in the photos) where there is a private bedroom with wide pine floors,
• a double bed, large windows and ceiling fan
• a futon couch in the living room opens into a double bed as well
• and a louvered bedroom door separates the two areas for privacy.

So it's surprisingly spacious and private and feels more like a two bedroom - - and you walk across York Street and you're on the beach !!

May 12 thru May 26 = $950/wk + 7% Maine Sales Tax
May 26 thru Sept 1 = $995/wk + 7% Maine Sales Tax
Sept 1 thru Oct 13 = $975/wk + 7% Maine Sales Tax

* Additional $250 Refundable Security Deposit req'd for all rentals;
* Security Deposit due within one (1) week after email reservation confirmation;
* Rental Agreement Required.
