Lifestyle. Two Bedroom, Two Bath home on corner lot.  Great Room has 
a view of the mountains with spectacular sun and moon rises.   Faux 
painted kitchen has an cozy eating space with a partial view of 4th 
hole putters. Large master bedroom has walk in closet, skylight in 
the master bath.  Inside laundry room which leads to the two car 
garage.  Large brick patio off of the great room.  

I lived in this home for three years and can vouch for its comfort.
Dog friendly of course. 

 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Rental includes full access to all three golf courses and three
Clubhouse in the Saddlebrooke community complex. Mountain View 
Country Club has 18 holes, Saddlebrooke Country Club has 27 holes 
and the Preserve Country Club has 18 holes. Your Saddlebrooke guest 
card includes full access to the Clubhouse activities and 
restaurantes, tennis courts, health clubs, beautiful swimming pools 
(lap pools and recreational pools), bocce ball courts 
and walking paths.

restrictions.  
Winter rates:  $2000-2600 monthly
Summer rates:  $1500-1700 monthly
Deposits:   Refundable $500 for pets.
            Cleaning non-refundable: $80.00
Very flexible with rates for contracts 3 months or more.
