Vacation Rental Description

Conveniently located 3 miles from the Johns Island Executive Airport.  It is minutes from Kiawah, 
Seabrook, Rockville, James Island, Folly Beach, West Ashley, and downtown Charleston.  Located in 
historic Fenwick Plantation.  The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the other room has both a full 
and a twin bed.  Both bedrooms have a there own seperate bathrooms.  
Cable TV, DVD/VHS, kitchen aids,  and washer/dryer are provided.  Fees are done securely through 
paypal.  Pets under 45lbs are welcome for a small cash deposit and fee.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a pool next to the building.  Beautiful oak trees all around complex.  Folly Beach is only 
about 15 
minutes away and downtown Charleston is only 10 minutes.

Activities and Attractions

Lots of sites in the historic Charleston area.  Downtown, Patriots Point, Charles Towne Landing, 
Boone Hall 
Plantation, Magnolia Gardens, Kiawah, Seabrook, and Rockville between 10 and 45 minutes away.
