The perfect Mission Beach location built in 2004 at the corner of
Strandway and Dover Court. Enjoy the peacefulness of ?one house in?
from the ocean/boardwalk, with open whitewater views, just 25 yards
to the sand, and with the action and excitement of Belmont Park just
a short two blocks walk away.

This Cape Code Style House contains two, 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath
residences. Each sleeps 8 guests. Rent them individually or both
for larger groups. They are tastefully decorated for your comfort
and enjoyment.

The upper residence has five sun decks. Smell the ocean air, listen
to the waves crash, and feel the cool breezes from each bedroom,
hall, and kitchen decks. French doors and high ceilings in the
master bedroom enhance the romance of this ocean view.

Enjoy barbequing and relaxing on the expansive patio of the lower
residence. Great for entertaining the kitchen has an island that
seats four in addition to the indoor and outdoor dining tables.
Extensive windows and Dutch entry door allow for a bright and airy
atmosphere. Palm trees in site give this residence a tropical feel.

Newer construction, tastefully decorated, fully furnished and well
maintained. The configuration of the bedrooms is such that two of
the bedrooms each accommodate 2 guests and one bedroom accommodates
4 guests, for a total of 8 guests per residence. Each has its own
attached two car garage for ease in parking and storing of beach
cruiser bikes! Washer and dryers are free, on-site, and all linens,
towels, appliances, kitchenware are provided. Choose from spacious
indoor dining at the table or bar, or outdoors on the Patio/Deck
tables. Bar-b-que grill and fireplace further enhance the appeal.

Boardwalk Description:
Just steps out your door. The boardwalk is a 14 feet wide sidewalk
that stretches for miles along the beach. It is the best place to
take a stroll, jog, bike, rollerblade, skateboard, or just people
watch while enjoying the ocean and its soothing breezes.

Belmont Park and Sports Rentals:
Just two short blocks away. Walk over to Belmont Park for many
activities, fire-rings, restaurants, bike rentals, surf simulator,
live entertainment, the plunge pool, and shopping. . . just to name
a few. Sports equipment and beach amenities such as: surf boards,
rollerblades, bikes, beach chairs and much more are available to
rent for short periods of time or for your entire stay.

Mission Beach Description:
Mission Beach is a narrow strand that has the Pacific Ocean on one
side and Mission Bay on the other. This house is located on the
Ocean Side but the calm waters of the bay are just 2 short blocks to
the East. This location not only allows for action right outside
your door, but also easy access to all San Diego attractions and the
airport.
