Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Ocean Village, a gated resort community located on 
Hutchinson Island in Ft. Pierce, Florida, on the treasure Coast of 
Florida.

We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor that has a 
very nice view of the ocean from the enclosed lanai. The unit has new 
paint and carpet through out and an all new kitchen and new washer and dryer.
The master beadroom has king size bed and 
two walk in closets plus private shower with seperate dressing area. 
Second bedroom has a full and a single bed.

We are pleased to welcome you to our Ocean Village development, also 
known as paradise found. You would be hard pressed to discover 
another resort with comparable amenities, park-like setting and the 
peace and security that Ocean Village provides. Ocean Village 
offers:  a gated community; a Par-3 9-Hole Executive Golf Course; 
Tennis Courts; Heated Swimming Pools; Jacuzzi; Sauna; Exercise Room; 
Clubhouses; 3,000 feet of Ocean Beach and so much more!

Activities and Attractions

Located on Florida's Treasure Coast, on South Hutchinson Island, 
Ocean Village is just a short drive to Walt Disney World, The Kennedy 
Space Center and numerous attractions in Palm Beach County. 
Ocean VIllage has many activities you may enjoy including golf, 
tennis, raquettball, pool and whirlpool and work-out area

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season                 Low Season 
Dec 15 to April 30          May to December 14
$3,200 per Month            $2,200 per Month

Two week minimum rental period. Cleaning fee of $75.00 added at 
depature. $250.00 refundable deposit required. Final payment by Money 
Order, Certified Check or Personal Check must be received 10 days 
prior to start of rental.
