Vacation Rental Description

Aloha and welcome to "Alii Hale which means "Kings Home" Located on Alii Drive, in 
beautiful Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 
oceanfront home will accommodate comfortably a family of up to 8.  

The incredible 180 degree ocean view from our spacious 110 foot 
lanai offers a fantastic vista of the Pacific with coastline views, white water surf, 
whales in the winter, spinner dolphins and giant sea turtles. Just a 
great place to sit and watch the ocean, relax in the oceanfront 
Jacuzzi, work on your tan and have a BBQ with friends and family. 

Famous Kahalu'u Beach marine reserve is 1/4 mile away and some of the 
best snorkeling on the Big Island, a haven for sea turtles and 
incredible snorkeling. Facilities at the beach include, picnic areas, BBQ, changing rooms and 
showers.  

The ocean front home next door is for rent if you need an additional 
home                         

Vacation Rental Amenities

This spacious single family home is single story and approximately, 
1700 Square feet. Fully tiled with ceiling fans and open beam ceilings. 
The spacious living area has a large screen TV, with DVD, wireless Internet 
with Roadrunner and free long distance to US mainland and Canada. 

The full kitchen has a double door refrigerator/freezer, built in self clean oven, microwave, 
granite counter tops, large capacity stack washer and dryer, gas 
BBQ, Teak outdoor furniture and lounges. 

There are two master suites both with kings size beds, one with a 
jacuzzi tub, the third bedroom has two twins, that can easily be changed into a king for couples. 
All bedroom have air conditioning units. We also have a new queen sleep sofa in the living area.
                                 

Activities and Attractions

Golf and surfing at its best or surf school, snorkeling in Kahaluu 
Bay with sea turtles, biking, walking, close to Keauhou Shopping 
center where you will find grocery shopping, Longs Drugs, 
restaurants, movie theater. Close to most all activities.

Vacation Rental Rates

We are offering a 20% discount for the Month Of May 2008, that's 2520.00 for 7 nights!

7 night rate is 3150.00, with a 5 night minimum. 
State of Hawaii tax of 11.42% State of Hawaii Tax 

(For longer stays please inquire)
    
We require a 25% deposit upon booking to confirm, the remaining 
balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. We also require a 500.00 
refundable Security deposit and the departing housekeeping is 200.00

Cancellation Policy: More than 90 days prior to arrival all deposits 
refunded less a 50.00 processing Fee.

More than 90 days prior to arrival, we can only refund if the 
reservation time is re-booked.
