Spa.  This Platinum rated, lodge themed, 3 BR 3-1/2 BA condo (sleeps 
9) is fully furnished and decorated to enhance your mountain 
experience.  The high ceilings allow for expansive full view 
windows.  Soothing sounds and views of Gore Creek located in your 
back yard enhance the relaxing atmosphere.  The Gore Creek Trail 
borders the creek and is perfect for a leisurely stroll or bike 
ride.  This condo is designed for entertaining with its wrap around 
granite bar that seats 6 and four flat screen TV/entertainment 
systems.  Barbeque on your deck or order room service!  Read a good 
book in the “window seat”.  Stay in touch with home if you need to 
with free wireless internet connection.  Sip a warm cocoa while 
sitting by the wood burning fireplace.  Keep your vehicle free of 
snow and ice while parked in your private garage.  Two additional 
spaces are available in your driveway should you need them.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This spectacular condo is fully furnished with all linens, bedding, 
appliances, washer/dryer, kitchenware, gas grill, wood for the 
fireplace, board games, 4 flat screen TVs/entertainment systems, and 
Aria Spa toiletries.  Even the masterbath floor is heated!  

The mountain casual Cascades Resort offers 2 outdoor year-round 
pools and hot tubs.  Another hot tub exclusive to the condos is 
located outside your front door as well as a small cool plunge pool 
open in the summer months.

After a day of activities, enjoy the live music in the bar or walk 
over to the award winning Aria spa for a message.  Basketball 
courts, racquetball courts, tennis courts, workout facilities, and 
classes are also available on site at the Sports Center for you and 
your family.

Several Restaurants and Gift Shops are located at the resort.  Room 
service is available to be delivered right to your door.  Charter 
Sports is located on the property and rents bicycles and 
ski/snowboarding equipment.  

Vail Cascades Resort is Vail's only four diamond ski-in/ski-out 
resort served by a chairlift located at the property, Chair 20.  
Complimentary with your stay, your ski equipment and shoes are 
stored and boots dried at the indoor Ski Valet located right next to 
the chair lift.

Activities and Attractions

In addition to snow skiing, any of the many mountain activities can 
be arranged by the concierge such as golfing, fly fishing 
adventures, white water rafting trips, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, 
tubing, biking down Vail pass, horseback riding, to name a few.

While there are several fabulous restaurants located at the resort, 
the concierge can help you make reservations anywhere you would 
like.  Complimentary shuttle service is provided to Vail Village and 
Lionshead.
