This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath year ‘round waterfront 
condominium is located on one floor giving this 1200 square foot 
unit 
a very open feeling. 
 
With plenty of parking, this home away from home sleeps 6 people 
very 
comfortably. All new furniture in 2007.
•	King-sized bed in the master bedroom.
•	Bunk beds in the second sleeping area.
•	Pull-out sofa in the living room.

 Double-sized balcony overlooking the beach and boat slips.  

Fully equipped for your convenience and relaxation: 
▪ The kitchen includes all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, wine 
glasses, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and dishwasher. Ice 
machine makes 30 pounds a day.

Linen Policy:  Bed Linens are included at no extra cost.  We do ask 
that you use the washer and dryer provided and leave the linens on 
their respective beds folded as you found them.

Daily - $225/night 4 night minimum
Mid Week Bundle-(4 nights) - Monday-Thursday night $900.00 (Vacate noon Friday) 
or, (5 nights) Sunday (4pm) - Friday (noon) $1125.00 
Weekly - 7 Nights $1300
Security/Cleaning Deposit $200


September - May
Daily (2 nights) $400.00 
        (3 nights) $500.00
        (4 nights) $650.00
        (5 nights) $750.00
        (7 nights) $900.00

Monthly - $1200 + Utilities
Cancellation Policy: Security/Cleaning Deposit will be returned with
