Vacation Rental Description

 Welcome to our beach retreat! We want you to experience our platinum level tropical retreat first-
hand by 
vacationing in our beautiful three bedroom three full bath condo.  
 
Our 12th floor West end corner unit, with a wrap around balcony, overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with 
its 
spectacular sunsets and the golf course of Seascape with Choctawhatchee Bay as a backdrop.  Each of 
the 
three bedrooms has its own private bath and has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a relaxing, 
comfortable and fun retreat for your family and ours. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry 
room has a 
full size washer and dryer.  There is comfortable seating for 12 with 8 at our community table and 
four barstools 
at the breakfast bar.  You will also enjoy outdoor meals on the balcony with seating for 6.  
 
Seascape Resort offers two beautiful 18-holes golf courses; one directly behind Ariel Dunes and 
Emerald Bay, 
just a mile to the west.  Both courses are full-service facilities with a restaurant, practice 
range, rental clubs, 
professional lessons, and a pro shop.  We would be happy to make tee times for golf, or court 
reservations for 
tennis during your stay!  
 
We're excited about Ariel Dunes' brand new "Cabana Cafe" newly opened across the breezeway from our 
lobby.  It is a full bar/restaurant with a coffee and ice cream shop and bakery.  When at the beach, 
you'll have 
to check out the popular "Whales Tail" Beach Bar and Grill. It has great cocktails and is directly 
on the beach.  
When it comes to good food and entertainment, it's only a short drive to the Sandestin Resort 
featuring the 
Village of Baytowne Wharf (great restaurants, shops and live music in the evenings)and Grand 
Boulevard.  If it's 
shopping that is on your agenda, Silver Sands Outlet Mall is even closer (five minute drive) or 
Destin Commons 
is always very popular (shops, restaurants, movie theaters)..  And of course, there is always the 
water park 
and goofy golf at Big Kahuna's that the kids will enjoy.

large spacious floorplan with three bedrooms, each with it's own 
private bath, 9 foot ceilings throughout with ceiling fans in all 
rooms, sleeps up to 8 with a king bed in the master suite, one queen 
bedroom with private balcony, one twin bedroom and a queen size 
sleeper sofa, flat screen TV/DVD's in all bedrooms with a 32" LCD 
flat screen TV and home theater in the living room, fully equipped 
kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances to 
include:  
dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and large pantry, large breakfast 
bar seats up to four and complements our community dining table with 
8 seats, utility room with full size washer and dryer, iron and 
ironing board, hair dryers in all baths, telephones and radio/alarm 
clocks in all rooms.  Two large swimming pools (11,000 sq. feet) 
including a heated portion of one. High speed internet 
service/wireless. NO smoking and NO pets please.
