Lovely House at Oceanside Village in Garden City

Large Beach House two rows from the ocean, less than 200 feet to the
beach with limited ocean views! Feel the ocean breeze and hear the
surf from the wrap around deck! Located in the private, gated
community of Oceanside Village which is on the border between Garden
City and Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Oceanside Village is 7
miles south of the Pavilion, the heart of Myrtle Beach, and 3 miles
north of Murrell's Inlet, where the best seafood can be found. The
house features three bedrooms with two full bathrooms and it has
been completely renovated within the past year including a new
heat/air conditioning system. Outside is a large beautiful wrap
around deck with partial views of the ocean, feel the ocean breeze
in your hair. A very short walk from the house is a private
neighborhood gated beach with ample parking. Golf Cart rentals are
also available within the Oceanside Village Community.

Just added wifi so the house now offers complete high speed internet service with a secure login for all of our renters!  In addition, the house offers outside a large wrap around deck, new Heat and Air system, outside shower and ample parking for 2-4 vehicles. Inside amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, full size oven, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes/utensils,
pots/pans, two televisions (one flat screen) with Time Warner cable,
built in DVD Players, and a stereo. The living room is completely
furnished and includes a couch with a pull out bed. The dining room
can seat 6 comfortably. The master bedroom includes a queen and
twin bed, the second bedroom includes a full and twin. The third
bedroom has two bunk beds. Ceiling fans are included in the living,
dining and master bedroom. The bathrooms both include new recently
installed showers. Everything is included with the exception of
linens and towels. We do ask the renter to honor our request to keep
the cottage smoke free.

The house is located in Oceanside Village a 144 acre private
beachside community which is an ideal family haven. There is a six
acre recreation area including two spacious pools, one indoors and
one outdoors; two kiddie pools; a private oceanfront parking area;
clubhouse; and 24 hour on premises security.

There is a newly resurfaced lighted tennis court; sand volleyball
court; baseball and softball fields; childrens playground with
state of the art equipment and many lakes stocked with fish ready
for fishermen!

All Myrtle Beach attractions are minutes away and include; over 100
area championship golf courses, amusement parks, water parks,
fishing, shopping, swimming, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing,
boating, scuba diving, biking, live theatre, sailing, miniature
golf, fitness centers, movie theaters, museums, sightseeing just to
name a few. Huntington State Beach is only five miles to the south
and offers hundreds of acres of remote beaches and wildlife and a
beautiful natural garden is right across the highway.

Murrells Inlet offers some of the best, fresh seafood restuarants in
the country where boats bring fresh catch right up to the docks.

The history of Georgetown is only 35 minutes away while Charleston's
charm is 90 minutes away!

Please note that these rates include all taxes and fees including
house keeping. A deposit of $500 is needed to reserve a week with
the balance due in 30 days prior to the arrival date.

A $200 Security Deposit required to cover any damage. This is
returned to you upon return of the keys and the neighborhood access
key card.

The calendar will give you a basic idea of what is available. Please
note that the weeks run Saturday thru Saturday. If you see a week
open but the two Saturdays look booked it only means the morning
hours thru checkout are taken, while check in at 3pm is available.
