Fourth floor end unit with exceptional views.  Private pool, hot 
tub, and barbecue area.  Fitness club, tennis courts, poolside 
resturant, covered parking.  Gated community.  Unit has gourmet 
kitchen with granite, hardwoord flooring, internal washer and 
dryer.  Partial gulf view, and view of Turkey Bay. Completley 
furnished.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving.  Bike riding, 
shopping, art galleries, you name it, it's all here in Naples.

Vacation Rental Rates

December - March     $8000/month
April - May          $7000/month
June - November      $5000/month

ALL RATES SUBJECT TO MINIMUN STAY REQUIREMENTS.
10% Florida tax, $200 cleaning fee is additional.
$1000 deposit, balance due 30 days prior to rental period.
