Vacation Rental Description

Located in the exclusive GATED community of Mirasol(properties sell 
from $800,000 to over $5,000,000.)Internet view at "mirasolclub"

Enjoy the open floor plan with designer furnishings and antique 
accents.  Saturnia marble throughout the living area. This coach 
home/townhouse has a first floor private entrance, a foyer 
with  antiques and beautiful artwork.  Then,you can either take 
the elevator or the staircase to the second floor.  
 

Master Bedroom-King bed with Ralph Lauren linens, TV and ceiling fan.  Window overlooks the first 
green.  The 
master bath has granite countertops, a soaking tub, a glass SPA shower with 
vertical jets, his and her sinks and counter/cabinets, and beautiful 
floral wallpaper. 

The Second Bedroom
"Key West" bedroom has a King bed with a Maitland-Smith 
headboard, and armoire with a TV,  and a shared bath 
with tub.  

The Third Bedroom 
"Chinese Black" bedroom has 2 Twin beds, a dresser with a 
TV and large walk in closet and shared bath with the second 
bedroom.  

The Den/Office  
wall to wall carpeting, oriental rug, 2 cream colored leather chairs, a 
bookcase/desk, Anthropology chest and cocktail table and a  FAX machine.

The Screened Patio
The beautiful view of the golf course's first hole AND pond can be 
seen from the 2 pairs of double sliding glass doors.  
There is a screened patio with a double chaise,and chair with an 
ottoman on one side and  
a glass dining table and chairs for outdoor dining.  

The Kitchen
The fully equipped cooks kitchen has granite, Stainless Steel 
appliances, beautiful whitewashed cabinets with designer pulls.  

The Breakfast Room
The breakfast room has a round glass table with 4 antique chairs and 
an interesting chandelier, with a walk out to the patio dining area.

Four Month Minimum as per Mirasol rules and regulations
50% Deposit upon signing lease

Final Payment 60 days prior to start date along with 13,000 Damage Deposit
Damage deposit of 1 month's rent
Deposit will be returned less any 
structural repairs, missing items or damaged property.

Final Cleaning charge $200.00 to be paid by renter

Membership Transfer Fee $250.00 to be paid by renter

Applicable taxes to be paid by tenent

Unit will be delivered in pristine condition.  

50% nonrefundable partial payment to be paid upon signing of lease
50% balance to be paid 30 days prior to rental

References can be provided by past tenants if requested.
