              Santana Place Villa:

Perfectly Located - 3 bedroom villa-located just minutes from 
DISNEY -golf nearby. Easy addess to I-4 and all Orlando 
attractions.Sun yourself by the pool or just relax on the 10 x 24 
covered lanai. Accommodates 6 people plus an infant.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Santana Place Villa is fully licensed by State and County Authorities and is fitted with smoke alarms and fire 
extinguisher. 
For your convenience we provide the following amenities:

FAMILY  ROOM:   Features a 9 doorwall which opens up 
to a screened in lanai and pool area. Comfortable furnishings: sofa 
and love seat, Entertainment center (Cable TV, Stereo 
Radio, DVD Player, Playstation 2, Library of Books-Movies-Games) , high ceilings/ceiling fan.

KITCHEN:  Fully stocked, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 
disposal, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can 
opener, all utensils. The table/snack bar. Wall phone

Laundry:   Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board.

Formal Living Room/Dining:   A comfortable area to relax and take a break. 
The living area is nicely furnished and the dining area has seating 
for six.  Great for family dining!

MASTER BEDROOM:   Spacious with KING size bed, (Euro Super-King) color 
cable tv, telephone, alarm radio, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and 
ensuite bath.

2nd Bedroom:   Queen size bed (Euro King) with spacious closet, 
color cable tv and ceiling fan.

3rd Bedroom:  Twin beds with spacious closet and ceiling fan.

LANAI and POOL Area:   10x24 covered screened lanai with ceiling 
fan, wet bar and patio furniture. Includes table with seating for 6 
and 2 loungers. Pool heat is optional and a pool cover is provided 
to help maintain the pools heat. Very helpful during night hours. 
There is no charge for the pool cover.

Pool Safety Fence Safety fence provided.


Child accessories:   For the convenience of those with small children - crib, highchair, and stroller. 
All at no additional charge

Our Caretaker is on call 24 hours a day in the unlikely event you should encounter any problems. 

Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED!.

Just wanted to drop you a few quick words to say thank-you for allowing us to stay at your vacation home in 
Davenport.   Everyone had a perfect vacation & they absolutely loved the home. It was terrific having the pool 
heated & it got used every morning & evening.   There was lots to do in the proximity of the home & I'm sure it 
helped make our vacation even more enjoyable.

Rates include all taxes and cleaning fees.

January   -  May:   $650.00 per week
June   -  August:   $700.00 per week
September - December:  $675.00 per week.
Easter & Christmas:  $750.00 per week.

Pool Heat is optional:  $125.00 per week.
