Come on down to this spacious townhome in Port Richey and live the Florida life style! Stay a week, a
month, or a year!
There are boats to rent, fish to catch, golf courses to play. There is a small sandy beach a mile away and the
walk along the river is just a block over.
Have your morning jog while watching the boats go out to meet the Gulf of Mexico only minutes away. Take a
stroll at evening and see the boats coming in and the shrimp boats leaving for night fishing.
Enjoy your dinner at a local eatery or dine under the stars on fresh seafood at the local "Crab Shack" where the
boats dock. You will enjoy the local color and the "old Florida" feel that is still found in this small seaside town.
People are friendly and congenial.
The Marina Palms is small and pretty and only a block from the riverfront. The pool area is wonderful for a
sunbath and a cool iced tea in the warm afternoons. Enjoy swimming in the pool from spring to early fall. At
night the hot tub is a fun alternative to TV.
The townhouse is three-bedroom, two-bath and fully furnished down to the pots and pans. Built in 2006, it is
outfitted with brand new furniture. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a private bath. The
second bedroom has matching twin beds, and the third bedroom has a day bed with a pull out cot for use as
either a sitting room or bedroom. The home will sleep up to six guests.
This is a fun get away for the family, a couple, or a couple of couples.
Bring your "kick-back" tee shirt and your flip-flops. Put away those coats, snow boots and heavy clothes. Come
down where the sun shines all the time, and life is easy. You'll like it here.
Transportation
Tampa International Airport: Take the Airport Shuttle to Port Richey or rent a car at the airport.
Drive: Will provide directions before you leave.

Townhome is fully furnished with pots and pans, coffe maker, microwave oven,dishwasher, washer and dryer,
linens, TV, DVD player and telephone for local calls. Also has grill for outside grilling.
Complex has a pool and a Jacuzzi.
Activities and Attractions
Sunbathing, beaching, walking, sight-seeing. Local area has casino boat, deep sea fishing boat and pleasure
boats for rent. Golf courses are nearby.
Tampa area has the Tampa Bay Bucs football team, hockey team, and baseball team. Theater and art museums
and Busch Gardens are an hour away. Tarpon Springs, with its spong docks is only five miles down the road.
Vacation Rental Rates
Jan 1 through April 1: $650 per week. $1950 per month.
April 2 through December 31: $550 per week. $1900 per month.
Deposit: $100 ($50 to be retained for cleaning fee.)
